I have a deep connection with our natural world and find it a positive environment to create change and wellbeing. I have trained in Transactional Analysis and I am a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and a qualified Meditation Teacher. I have trained with a international expert in stress management and worked with a leader in the field of using nature as a co-therapist. I have studied the area of wellbeing extensively with the British Psychological Society and seen positive changes in the way we can treat poor health, stress, anxiety and motivational challenges.

I am a keen sea kayaker and have paddled widely around the Gower Peninsula, Pembrokeshire, Cornwall and more recently Greenland. I love being outdoors and find any opportunity to get out into the mountains. I love the Brecon Beacons and the Scottish highlands and I have enjoyed exploring the mountains of the Pyrenees. My passion is to see people achieve their potential and overcome challenges that might be holding them back. I also believe that by re-connecting ourselves with the natural world we are able to improve the way we feel about life.
